Our Team

Our teams have the collective skills and knowledge required to do an outstanding job. Many of our participants have been with us since Bushlink first began, a testament to the strength of our values, culture, and commitment to providing meaningful employment.

The Bushlink team includes environmental professionals, NDIS support workers, and coordinators who work together to deliver high-quality projects, while supporting our participants every step of the way.

Assistant Bush Regenerators

At the heart of Bushlink is our continued commitment to disability employment and inclusion. Bushlink provides paid work opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities in supportive teams within the environmental sector. Our supported employees are trained as Assistant Bush Regenerators who work side by side with our Field Supervisors and volunteers, whilst also gaining life skills and building confidence on the job.

Our team brings dedication, enthusiasm and a love for the environment in every project they do, further demonstrating the incredible contribution people of all abilities provide to the community. Our work is competitively priced and professionally delivered, proving inclusion and quality go hand in hand.

If you see our teams in the field, give them a wave. We love sharing what we do!

Bushlink Supervisors

Our supervisors are environmental experts, bush regenerators, horticulturists, and sustainability champions. Whether it's bush regeneration, landscaping, gardening, or kitchen garden projects, they guide our participants with care, mentoring, and practical knowledge to ensure each person is set up for success and project thrives.

Behind the scenes, our administrative staff keep everything running smoothly. From scheduling projects and coordinating with partners to supporting participants and ensuring compliance, they are the backbone of our operations. Their attention to detail, compassion, and dedication help us deliver quality services and create a supportive environment for everyone involved.
