Our Story
Bushlink embodies ‘the Spirit of Inclusion’, we believe in the power of meaningful work to transform lives and grow stronger, more inclusive communities.
Bushlink is the award-winning social enterprise of Northside Enterprise Inc., a not-for-profit charity and NDIS provider, with over 30 years of experience supporting people with disability. As one of Northside’s three branches; alongside EmpowerMe day programs and Flexible Respite weekend support.
Bushlink creates real, meaningful employment for people with intellectual disability.
Launched in 2008 with the generous support of Roche Products Pty Ltd, Bushlink has grown into a thriving supported employment program providing environmental services to schools, councils, and community organisations. Our Supported Employees work alongside qualified bush regenerators undertaking tasks such as gardening, landscaping, weeding, mulching, and native planting to rejuvenate parks, reserves, and community spaces. The program also offers education and engagement opportunities for volunteers and school students, helping to restore and protect our natural bushland.
At Bushlink, we do more than restore the land. We build confidence, foster inclusion, and create pathways to connection and purpose.
