More About Bushlink

Bushlink is proudly operated by Northside Enterprise Incorporated – a not-for-profit community organisation, highly regarded for its long-standing services and support to people with disability since 1991.

In 2008 Northside Enterprise Inc. was most fortunate to receive significant financial sponsorship from Roche Products Pty Ltd to utilise for the establishment and initial operation of our innovative Bushlink Open Supported Employment Project. This project aimed to provide people with disability needing daily on the job support with a wider choice in employment and, hence, enhance their lives and increase their social standing and inclusion in the community through real employment.

That dream was subsequently named Bushlink. As Bushlink has grown and developed beyond the initial concept, it has become a significant part of Northside Enterprise’s services, that also include Life Skills Training and Support, Employment Support, Flexible Respite and Accommodation Support.”

Our environmental project teams have the collective skills and knowledge required to do an outstanding job. Many of our workers have been with us since Bushlink first began.

Our professional and devoted supervisors are qualified in conservation, land management and disability support. Their goal is to support our employees with disability and ensure your students get the most out of the experience.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Northside Enterprise Inc. is a registered NDIS service provider and is actively supporting its roll out. The NDIS works with local communities to not only build awareness of people with disabilities, but actually improve their inclusion in our society.

Careers

We provide our employees with disabillity with ongoing daily support, industry award wages and wage assessments through the Supported Wage System.
